VShield Software Corp. Purchases New Software Programs

VShield Software Adds Net Meeting and Gaming Functions

DOVER, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 7, 2007 -- VShield Software Corp. (PINKSHEETS: VSHD), a design, marketing and software distribution company providing advanced security software systems to both the retail and institutional markets, is pleased to announce they have purchased two new software programs to add to their growing library of software assets. The newly expanded capabilities will allow the company to enter the net meeting arena and provide a full turnkey online internet and hard site gaming functionality. It is VShield's intention to integrate the new net meeting software into its mainstream VShield and VSArmour line of products. The online gaming software will be sold through separate distribution under a new line of related software.

The software assets were purchased with restricted stock, at the market value of Friday's close, and have a two-year hold. Under the purchase agreement, no royalties are due or expected by the vendor.

"This represents a very high value purchase for the company and allows us to use the new software to enhance our line of security products. The ability to purchase these assets with restricted stock simply demonstrates that the vendor, like us, believes in the future of our business plan and the extraordinary value of our present stock price," stated Patrick Burke, Chief Technical Officer of VShield Software Corp.

About VShield Software Corp.

The company designs, produces, markets and sells leading edge computer security software programs that feature advanced software development and technologies that are superior to other products on the market. All of the Company's security systems are based on previously proven and field-tested, large commercial security systems. These systems are based on hiding, disguising and encrypting various levels of files maintained on a computer such that an intruder is unable to obtain information from a desired file. This is unlike existing 'firewall' systems now on the market which are focused on keeping intruders from gaining unauthorized entry to a computer. Where applicable, products are patent and copyright protected in both Canada and the United States.
