By joining Yardi's Standard Interface Partnership Program (SIPP), VTS is able to work with Yardi to leverage Voyager's open system and develop a standard API interface with Yardi Voyager 7S for direct integration of lease-level data. The standard interface will allow VTS and Yardi users to have a complete view of robust data sets, including leasing activity and exposure, in one place.
This standard interface further enhances VTS Connect, which integrates disparate technologies and data services into one centralized platform. The interface enables VTS and Yardi clients to pull contracted lease data, which serves as a baseline for all deals, into the VTS platform. With a view of contracted lease data, building activities, and lease exposure in one place, asset managers, brokers and landlords can make informed decisions faster and ultimately increase the yield on their portfolios.
