Vyatta Adds Industry Veteran Sheen Khoury as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations

BELMONT, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 1, 2011) - Vyatta, the leader in software-based networking for physical, virtual and cloud infrastructures, announced today the appointment of Sheen Khoury as senior vice president of worldwide sales and field operations. Khoury brings extensive experience in global sales and a track record of rapid revenue growth that will support Vyatta as it scales its global presence.

During his decorated career, Khoury has directly transacted over $1 billion in commerce. At Vyatta, he will manage domestic and international sales with a particular focus on growing Vyatta's virtualization and cloud computing business.

Prior to that he served as senior vice president of sales at NetScaler through the successful acquisition by Citrix Systems where he led direct and channel sales teams globally, growing revenue from $2 million to $90 million.
