Vytran Introduces Optical Fiber Cleaver for Connectorized Fibers

Company to Demonstrate "CFC-400-SMA" at BiOS and Photonics West 2012 Exhibitions in San Francisco, California

MORGANVILLE, NJ--(Marketwire - Jan 18, 2012) - Vytran, an innovative supplier of optical fiber splicing and processing solutions, introduces "CFC-400-SMA," an optical fiber cleaver designed to quickly and efficiently create a high-performance, clean fiber end face on an optical fiber mounted in an SMA-905 connector. Vytran will demonstrate CFC-400-SMA at the Photonics West 2012 exhibition from January 24th through the 26th and at the associated BiOS exhibition January 21st and 22nd in San Francisco, California.

CFC-400-SMA is specifically designed to accommodate fibers mounted in SMA-905 connectors. It is ideal for high-volume cleaving applications in markets ranging from medical and fiber laser to telecommunications.
