(PINKSHEETS: WTCG) announced today that the 3rd Annual World War II Veteran Heroes Luncheon held in San Diego on Veterans Day, which was sponsored by its subsidiary, AdMedia Group, Inc., was a great success. The sell-out crowd at the luncheon event gave its heartiest support to the World War II Veterans in attendance who were honored at the event.

Also today, Gary Koelsch, President of W Technologies, Inc., disclosed that the Company has relinquished its exclusive distribution agreement with Marine Easy-Clean Pty Ltd. to promote and sell their patented, natural water cleaning solutions and services in the United States and Canada. However, the Company, through its newly-formed subsidiary, Eco-Clean International, Inc., will continue to work with Marine Easy-Clean to seek out lines of distribution on a non-exclusive basis in the United States, Canada and other locations that may become available.
