OTCBB listing
On May 30th, 2008 the company submitted its comment clearing letter from
the SEC to FINRA in regards to comments received from the submission of its
15C211. The company is presently awaiting a response from FINRA.
Quotations
The company continues to quote its biomass to liquid fuel systems and is
presently quoting systems as small as 10 barrels per day up to 2,000
barrels per day of liquid fuel from a variety of feedstock.
Joint Ventures
On April 23, 2008 the company announced the pursuit of a joint venture with
Cobal Chile. To date the project is moving forward well and is in the
final stages of financing. The Company expects to have further information
on the project within the next 90 days.
On June 4, 2008 the company announced the pursuit of a joint venture with
TecFuels LLC. The project is in the early stages of financial approval.
The company expects further developments within the next 60 days.
Joint Ventures, Partnerships and Acquisitions
W2 Energy is actively pursuing joint venture partnerships and acquisitions.
The company is in the process of negotiations with several potential
partners for joint venture relationships. W2 Energy is also in negotiations
with a few potential acquisition candidates and is presently evaluating the
corporate synergy and technologies of these candidates. The company is
aggressively pursuing acquisition candidates with technologies in the field
of alternative energy production.
