W2 Succeeds in 2010 and Plans for 2011

2010 Highlights

W2 Energy designed, built and filed patents for the SteamRay Rotary Engine, the SunFilter Algae Reactor and the NT Plasmatron Low Temperature Gasifier.

W2 Energy completed the purchase of two technology companies -- Free Drive EV, Inc., the manufacturer of the Solar Bug solar-electric vehicle, and Hydrokinetic Laboratory, LLC, the designer of cutting-edge hydropower technologies.

W2 Energy sold a Renewable Energy Engine system to the Arizona Research Institute for Solar Energy, signed up its first dealers for the Solar Bug, and signed a term sheet to buy Agri-Green Biodiesel, Inc.

W2 Energy moved from a 5,000 square foot factory at 18 Airpark Place in Guelph to a 10,000 square foot factory at 335 Woodlawn Road West in Guelph.

A Look Ahead to 2011

In 2011, W2 Energy plans to update its website, create a fully working gas-to-liquid plant which can convert any hydrocarbon feedstock into diesel fuel, jet fuel, gasoline and electricity, expand its W2 Solar division, and sell the first Solar Bug.
