Wabash National, India's Kirloskar Pneumatic Co. Ltd. Sign RoadRailer® Agreement

LAFAYETTE, IN--(Marketwire - September 11, 2007) - Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC) today announced that it signed a license agreement with Kirloskar Pneumatic Co. Ltd. (KPCL) for Wabash's RoadRailer® intermodal system.

Under the terms of the agreement, Wabash National has granted KPCL the rights to manufacture and sell RoadRailer intermodal products in India. RoadRailer is a unique technology with the flexibility of an over-the-road trailer that is specially equipped for railroad intermodal service. It is particularly adaptable for countries that are developing freight infrastructures.
