NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following Is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by The Wall Street Small Cap Reporter.

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 14, 2005 -- Wall Street Futures, a leading source of news and information for the small cap investor, reported today that revenue and earnings reports for Pacer Health Corporation (OTC BB: PHLH), Wall Street Futures' featured company in the healthcare space, are due Friday, April 15.

PHLH is an owner-operator of acute care hospitals, medical treatment centers, and residential care facilities, primarily serving rural populations throughout the Southeastern United States. The company specializes in the acquisition of distressed medical facilities and then engineers their operational and financial restructure through aggressive management strategies that significantly enhance operating efficiencies and reduce costs.

PHLH currently owns and/or manages a total of five facilities and recently issued a preliminary report on its restructure of Minnie G. Boswell Memorial Hospital, a rural Georgia hospital that the company has operated since finalizing an agreement to purchase it on June 22, 2004.

According to financials published by the Athens Banner-Herald last June, Minnie G. Boswell experienced a loss of nearly $800,000 in just the one-month period immediately preceding the handoff to PHLH's management team. Following the PHLH restructure, the hospital experienced a net operating loss of only $64,941 for the seven-month period ending February 28, 2005, with a 17 percent increase in operating revenue -- well on its way to profitability.

PHLH shares closed Wednesday at $0.02. They have traded above $0.03 recently and have been trending upwards for weeks on very strong volume for this stock. If PHLH can continue to report similar financial results, its shares could be grossly undervalued at their current price level.

Wall Street Futures' other high-volume "stocks to watch" this week include: Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), Sirius Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI), and Intel Corp. (NASDAQ: INTC).
