DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 22, 2005 -- Wall Street Futures, a leading source of news and information for small cap investors, announced today that it is now monitoring Goldtech Mining Corporation (OTC BB: GMNC) as another of its "stocks to watch" in the mining and mineral space.

GMNC is a development-stage exploration mining company that is currently developing tin, tantalum, niobium, and rubidium producing properties in Spain. The company seeks to capitalize on the high demand for tin, tantalum and other minerals, and has interests in acquiring additional properties for exploration.

This week, the company announced new results from its ongoing work on a property known as the Golpejas site near Salamanca, Spain. GMNC's three latest drill holes have yielded considerable concentrations of tin, tantalum, niobium, and rubidium; and the company is now conducting a metallurgical analysis to determine the amount of metal that may be produced from the future mining operation. The results of the latter are forthcoming.

The Golpejas property had previously been mined for tin and tantalum until the early 1980s when tin prices collapsed, so this property has known reserves of tin and tantalum, both of which are now in high demand once again. Given the recent increase in the prices of tantalum, tin and other rare metals, GMNC reports that it is optimistic about the potential for this property.

Shares of GMNC closed Wednesday at $1.20, up nearly 19 percent on the day, and likely to continue their upward trend on this news. If successful in mining this property and acquiring other mining interests, MGCP could be poised for substantial long-term growth as well.

Wall Street Futures' is also monitoring these mining sector "stocks to watch": BHP Billiton Limited (NYSE: BHP), CONSOL Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CNX) and Phelps Dodge Corporation (NYSE: PD).
