DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 26, 2005 -- Wall Street Futures, a leading source of news and information for small cap investors, announced today that it is covering Delta Mutual, Inc. (OTC BB: DLTM) as this week's "stock to watch" in the energy space.

DLTM specializes in energy recovery and construction services through environmentally-friendly technologies that efficiently recover energy sources from soil, water and other waste streams. The company currently operates through joint ventures in the Middle East, Far East and Puerto Rico, and also employs an energy efficient building material system for construction projects initially taking place in Puerto Rico.

DLTM recently announced the establishment of a permanent oil sludge processing facility in Indonesia via a multi-year, local joint venture. DLTM also has announced procurement of the requisite financing for equipment to be used in the facility.

According to a company news release, the equipment is comprised of a centrifuge and gravity system that separate sludge into water and low-grade oil. The unit is capable of processing approximately 8,000 tons of sludge per month, and preliminary analysis indicates that approximately 4,000 tons will be recoverable as low-grade oil that currently can be sold at US$140 per ton. This is a new revenue stream of US$560,000 per month -- more than US$6.7 million per year.

NTCI shares closed Monday at $0.71, up more than seven percent on the day on very good volume for this stock. The company did report a loss last year, but it is effectively implementing its business plan and generating revenues. With ongoing news, NTCI could surpass its 52-week high of $0.76 soon; with positive financial reports, its longer-term growth could be dramatic.

Wall Street Futures' "stocks to watch" in the energy space also include: Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN), Kerr-McGee Corp. (NYSE: KMG), and Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY).
