Wall Street News Alert: Breaking Investors Alert for Tuesday: AFSE! June 10, 2008

NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following Is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by Wall Street Capital Funding.

WESTON, FL--(Marketwire - June 10, 2008) - Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: ALL Fuels & Energy Company (OTCBB: AFSE), Transocean Inc. (NYSE: RIG), Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE: CHK) and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC).

ALL Fuels & Energy Company (OTCBB: AFSE) is continuing to issue positive news, and the company should have investors watching the stock closely. Yesterday after the markets closed, the company, a development-stage ethanol company organized to operate as an ethanol producer, issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, AFSE Enzyme, has begun the process of negotiating a license and formal research agreement with the research and development institution that is to host AFSE's "super enzyme" research and development.

This could be good news for the company, and its investors. ALL Fuels & Energy believes that the super enzyme could reduce ethanol production cost to less than $1 per gallon if proven successful in upcoming trials. New plant construction cost, including ALL Fuels & Energy's current Iowa plant in development, could potentially be reduced by nearly 30% using this new super enzyme technology.

"ALL Fuels & Energy is really excited to bring the 'super enzyme' to the international ethanol industry. The use of these enzymes places cellulosic ethanol at the forefront, as the viable solution to America's energy crises," said Dean Sukowatey, President/CEO, ALL Fuels & Energy.

In other news, last week the company also reported that its subsidiary, AFSE Enzyme, has retained the firm of Fish and Richardson as patent counsel to assist the company in examining the patent landscape related to enzymes and process technologies attributable to the research and development institution that is to host AFSE's "super" enzyme research and development.

"The enormous 'super enzyme' market is in the hundreds of millions of dollars. We are thrilled to have one of the world's leading patent and intellectual property firms representing AFSE Enzyme," said Dean Sukowatey, ALL Fuels & Energy President.

Investors are urged to continue to monitor the progress of the company!

Before the news was released, the stock closed Monday at Twenty cents a share.
