NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following Is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by Wall Street Capital Funding.

WESTON, FL--(Marketwire - February 25, 2008) - Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: HearAtLast Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HRAL), Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI) and Volcom, Inc. (NASDAQ: VLCM).

HearAtLast Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HRAL) is on the move and the company should have investors closely monitoring the stock. Early this morning, the company issued a press release announcing that it is preparing a large scale marketing campaign within select Wal-Mart Stores, Wal-Mart Supercenters, and Sam's Clubs (NYSE: WMT) throughout Canada for the unveiling of the instant fit, high fidelity custom earbuds from Sonomax.

Great news for the company! HearAtLast will sell the new custom earbuds under their AtLast private label in their HearAtLast outlets that are co-located within these select Wal-Mart locations.

HearAtLast will utilize Shopcast, a proprietary advertising television network that is aired in Wal-Mart locations to launch their new branded AtLast instant fit, custom high fidelity earbuds. These earbuds are designed to significantly enhance the listening pleasure for iPod and other MP3 player users. AtLast instant fit earbuds are the perfect product for people with active lifestyles including metro riders, frequent flyers, athletes, and music enthusiasts. AtLast earbuds are designed so they will not fall out as they are custom molded to the fit each individual's ear. The custom fit also aids in reducing background noise and enables the user to lower listening levels in an effort to minimize hearing damage. The licensed hearing instrument specialists at HearAtLast can fit customers with these earbuds perfectly in just minutes using a patented silicone expansion technology and proprietary validation software to create the optimum acoustic seal. HearAtLast management views these custom fit earbuds as the next stage in the HearAtLast store model as they seek to augment traditional revenue streams with lucrative ancillary product offerings.

Sonomax is the exclusive manufacturer and supplier to HearAtLast for their private label intra-ear custom fit earbuds in Canada. Sonomax recently announced a partnership in the United States with Virgin Entertainment Group to retail similar custom-fit high fidelity earbuds within two of their flagship stores in Los Angeles and New York City.

"It has been a very exciting time for us as we are finally launching our very own instant fit, custom earbuds in our clinics throughout Canada. We are equally excited to have Wal-Mart behind us as their Shopcast system will provide us with unparalleled in-store exposure," said Robert Oswald, President of HearAtLast. "The fact that an entertainment industry giant like Virgin plans to introduce a similar product in the U.S. further validates the vast market for this revolutionary product," added Oswald.

The stock closed Friday at Forty-Two cents a share.
