Wall Street News Alert Issues Special Alert on UCPI! September 21, 2007

NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following Is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by Wall Street Capital Funding.

WESTON, FL--(Marketwire - September 21, 2007) - Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: Unicorp Inc. (OTCBB: UCPI), Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO), Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE: CHK) and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC).

With operations on their way on 2 prospects, Unicorp Inc. (OTCBB: UCPI) should have investors watching the company this morning. Thursday after the markets closed, the company (engaged in the acquisition, development, exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas) issued a press release announcing that operations have begun and the completion rig is moving to its Pan American Fee Well No. 1 located in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana!

The procedure to be performed is a re-completion of a well drilled by Sohio Petroleum in 1969 with the target formation being the 7,600 foot sand. Unicorp acquired this acreage with its recent Welsh Field acquisition and, if successful, has identified two additional well locations to be drilled.

This is additional great news for the company, which also recently announced that the rig is on location and operations have begun on its Catfish Creek prospect located in East Texas. According to the press release, full development of this prospect could result in 20 to 40 wells. Unicorp has an approximate 33% working interest before payout (25% after payout) in the initial two wells and an approximate 25% working interest in all subsequent wells on this prospect.

Wall Street News Alert continues to alert aggressive investors to watch this company closely. In other important company news, Unicorp reported in August its second quarter results for 2007, including revenue up over 300% for the second fiscal quarter of 2006.

"We are pleased that we had tremendous revenue growth for the second quarter, generated by internal growth as well as an acquisition. We are actively pursuing acquisitions that are immediately accretive to cash flow and hope to close another during the second half of 2007," stated Kevan Casey, CEO of Unicorp. "During the quarter we encountered several situations beyond our control that kept us slightly below being profitable from operations. However, we have made significant strides in this direction by closing the gap and fully expect to be profitable from operations, excluding non-cash charges, for the six months remaining in 2007."

Before the news hit the wires, Unicorp's stock closed Thursday at Twenty cents a share.

Market Commentary:

"Cost of living is going up in the U.S. according to data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Their August numbers shows that for the 12-month period ending August 2006-2007 Food is up by 4.2%, Housing up by 2.9%, Medical care +4.2%. Those are nationwide averages, and in some cities these numbers are higher.
