WESTON, FL--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this Tuesday morning are: Ultitek Ltd. (OTCBB: UITK), Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN), Intel Corp. (NASDAQ: INTC) and JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU).

Ultitek Ltd. (OTCBB: UITK) has announced news that should get the attention of investors this morning. Monday after the markets closed, the company, a provider of Computerized Airline Reservations Systems software since 1989 and the leader among reservations systems in the Russian Aviation market, issued a press release announcing that it will not sublicense its Distribution System and is directly entering the Airline Distribution business.

This could be big news. Among other features, an airline Global Distribution System (GDS), provides a booking interface between airlines and travel agencies. Although Ultitek, through its wholly owned subsidiary, TAIS, utilizes a distribution system, the system is presently licensed to others on a third party basis.

Continue to watch Ultitek closely. Today Ultitek Ltd. is the leader among reservations systems in the Russian Aviation market. In 2003, nine million passengers of 60 airlines were serviced by it, which consisted of more than 50% of the transport of passengers performed on domestic scheduled flights of carriers in Russia and the countries of the C.I.S.

On May 30th, the company announced a revenue increase of 29% for quarter ended 3/31/07 and on May 15th, the company announced audited revenues for the 2006 fiscal year were approximately $1.8 million, representing an increase of approximately 59%.

Prior to the latest press release, the stock closed Monday at Seven cents a share.
