Harris is a partner at Waller Lansden and the past leader of the firm's finance and restructuring practice group. He provides legal counsel on strategic acquisitions, investments and complex financial transactions to businesses and private equity firms in the healthcare space. He received his J.D. from Columbia University and his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Hill is a partner at Waller Lansden with extensive experience in the healthcare industry and a practice that focuses primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Hill received his J.D. from Emory University and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
