In 2013 Luxury Real Estate Agent Walt Danley Sold Over $167 Million in Real Estate and Sold Phoenix-area's Most Expensive Home for $9.2 Million

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwired - March 03, 2014) - 2013 was a notable year for Walt Danley, president of Walt Danley Realty, as he both ranked as the top selling real estate agent in Arizona in sales volume and sold the most expensive home in metro-Phoenix for $9.2 million, according to data compiled from all sales that closed through Arizona Regional Multiple Listings Service (ARMLS) in 2013.

According to the ARMLS data, Danley sold more than $160.3 million in residential real estate last year, including a $9.2 million palatial estate that was the most expensive Phoenix area home sale recorded. Notably, Danley also sold an additional $6.7 million that was not recorded through the MLS for a total sales volume in 2013 of more than $167 million in residential real estate.
