Wanderport Provides Corporate Strategy and Update to Shareholders

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 17, 2010) - Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today released its corporate strategy update to shareholders regarding the deployment of its innovative microwave energy tank-less water heater. Due to an overwhelming amount of inquiries, the company will not be answering each individual inquiry by email or telephone. However, we believe the following information relating to increased trading volumes, product development and company status as well as shareholder general inquiries should provide answers and transparency to our valued shareholders.

Increased Trading Volumes

Wanderport is experiencing enormous trading volumes resulting from the company's recent announcements. Last year Wanderport hired Hilbroy Advisory Inc. to oversee the investor relations program coinciding with the acquired rights to the Pulsar's microwave energy tank-less water heater technology. As a result, Hilbroy assisted with the choice of third party investor relation firms to coincide with Wanderport's growth and progress. Further to numerous inquiries however, neither Wanderport nor Hilbroy or any other third party has ever directly or indirectly engaged in any co-operation or hiring of Oceanic Consulting as well as any individuals or corporate associates to that company.

Product development and company status/Shareholder general inquiries

Robert Simoneau, Head of Product Development will again be travelling to Asia with two goals in mind. The first is to sign a supplier agreement for the product's controller. The second, to coordinate factory funding and production schedules for a sample run before we can commence full production. This provides us the opportunity to revise and make adjustments to adhere to regulations and plumbing codes in various countries as our product is market specific. The company is developing units designed for specific applications and full house-holds in addition to a commercial prototype soon after.

Wanderport is receiving much input from its newly signed Australian distributor and is anticipating enormous cooperation from an eventual suitor in the United States as the company is in the final stages of due diligence with a large reputable American firm. Not only do they wish to assist us by providing expertise towards North-American plumbing code, regulations and product installation, but they are also intent on producing our product under their own private label and becoming our North American hub for product distribution and assembly.

Furthermore, at the advice of our licensor, Wanderport has purposely not yet disclosed final detailed specifications of the product, as we are making a conscious effort to protect our proprietary technology and shareholder value. Hence, we understand frustrations manifested by industry professionals. In the coming weeks following Mr. Simoneau's Asian trip and in conjunction with a possible US sales and distribution contract, we hope to be in a position where we can elaborate further and unveil our pre-market unit prior to full production.
