Under the agreement, The Warranty Group will provide underwriting and actuarial services through its wholly-owned subsidiary Virginia Surety Company, Inc. (AM Best A-, Excellent rated), for the F&I products Safe-Guard Products provides to their strategic partners in the U.S. and Canada. These accounts include the most recognized automobile brands in the world, as well as several of the top 125 national dealer groups in the United States.
