Warwick International Hotels is Expanding with the Acquisition of the Former Hyatt Regency Barsey Hotel Now Called The Warwick Brussels Hotel; Attention: Travel/Tourism Editor BRUSSELS, BELGIUM--(CCNMatthews - June 15, 2005) - BRUSSELS, Belgium, June 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Warwick International Hotels is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Mayfair Hotel in Brussels, formerly the Hyatt Regency Barsey Hotel. With three hotels in Belgium already, the "Warwick Collection" is growing and is now offering two prestigious addresses in the heart of Brussels.

The Warwick Brussels Hotel offers an ideal location for both business and leisure. Situated on the famous Avenue Louise not far from the Bois de la Cambre, the hotel is within walking distance of the luxury shopping area and the Place du Chatelain, the "Soho of Brussels." The well-known Parisian interior architect Jacques Garcia designed this charming, 5-star hotel. The hotel has 100 guest rooms, five conference rooms, a bar and a restaurant that extends into an interior garden.

The acquisition of the former Hyatt Regency Barsey Hotel allows Warwick International Hotels to expand its presence onto the most prestigious Avenue in the capital of Europe, where Warwick International already owns and operates the 266-room Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.

The hotel has been renamed The Warwick Brussels Hotel and like other Warwick hotels it will offer its clients elegant surroundings and attentive yet unobtrusive service. The bar and restaurant will live up to the high expectations of not only its clients, but also the discernable "Bruxellois" known for his "bon vivant" traditions.

"We are delighted that the former Hyatt Regency Barsey will be joining the Warwick collection of hotels," said Richard Chiu, president, Warwick International Hotels. "This is a jewel of a hotel and fits perfectly into the structure and image of other Warwick hotels in Belgium."
