Watchit Signs Agreement With ChefLive

"Watchit On ChefLive" to Be First Cooking Channel Dedicated to Las Vegas Dining Scene and Finest Las Vegas Chefs and Visiting Chefs From Around the World

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 12, 2007 -- Watchit Media, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WMDA), a leader in the production and presentation of digital media, today announced it has signed an agreement to license content from Las Vegas-based ChefLive for presentation on its Internet broadcast, digital interactive cable television and private television networks. The agreement calls for ChefLive to provide Watchit with video content presenting the finest Las Vegas chefs and visiting chefs from around the world preparing their favorite dishes. The agreement is for a term of three years.

Watchit expects to launch Watchit On ChefLive by the first week of April 2007.
