WatchIt Technologies on Cusp of Major Market Breakthrough

First Diesel Fuel Reformer Is Assembled

ARDEN, NC--(Marketwire - Feb 27, 2012) - WatchIt Technologies Inc. "" (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) announced that the company continues to exceed its development goals relating to the diesel version of its patent pending "fuel reformer."

In addition, the company also reports that the first diesel fuel reformer has been constructed and is awaiting installation in the test vehicle, which will occur early this week. Although the company has successfully built and tested the gas fuel reformer, this will be the first venture into the diesel market.

According to the company, the first phase of testing is completed. To date the vehicle has undergone "pre fuel reformer" evaluation in a state approved independent emissions facility, as well a 250 mile road test to establish baseline numbers for future comparisons to evaluate the performance of the diesel fuel reformer. When the fuel reformer is installed, the same tests will be repeated and the results will be compared to the first tests.

A statement released by the Board of Directors: "We are now at a point where we can begin assessing the performance of the diesel fuel reformer. It has taken time to reach this point and we are pleased to be on the cusp of a major market breakthrough. We are confident that following the independently verified results, WatchIt Technologies will become a major player in the alternative, green technology arena."
