WatchIt Technologies Renames Its New UK Sports and Quizzing Business to Watch It Network (WIN)

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - September 11, 2007) - WatchIt Technologies (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) has renamed its new United Kingdom sports trivia and quizzing network the WATCH IT NETWORK (WIN). WIN holds the rights to market and distribute digital signage screens to pubs and other retailers in the European markets under a licensing agreement with the Boondoggle Sports Network.

The Watch It Network will offer a unique digital "QUIZZING" concept to pubs and retailers beginning this fall in the United Kingdom and expanding into additional markets in 2008 & 2009.

WIN is a joint venture with Quizzing Limited, a United Kingdom LLC, formed to provide interactive trivia & sports games with targeted advertisements to pubs, restaurants and other venues. Quizzing Limited is the UK's National Quizzing Organization, while also serving as the UK's branch of the international Quizzing Association. Quizzing Ltd. offers public relations and consulting services businesses as well as writing quizzes for newspapers and magazines. Quizzing Ltd. holds the World Quizzing Championships each year, and has the largest quiz Website in the world.

WatchIt Technologies, Inc. is an emerging out-of-home new media advertising Company operating the Child Watch Network (CWN) and the Watch It Network (WIN). CWN delivers time sensitive missing children information while providing a dynamic digital signage network for advertisers to reach on-the-go consumers with a targeted effective medium.
