Water Technologies International, Inc. Announces Approval and Distribution Agreement With China for Company's Atmospheric Water Generators

Company Completes Agreement for Financing Atmospheric Water Generators Creating New International Distribution Channel and Revenue Streams

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL--(Marketwired - Jul 10, 2014) - Water Technologies International, Inc. (OTC Pink: WTII) (PINKSHEETS: WTII) the leader in the technology in atmospheric water generator's production and design announced today that it has completed the approval process to distribute its product line of atmospheric water Generators throughout China, under an agreement with several companies. Earlier this year, Water Technologies sold two large commercial Atmospheric Water Generators and several groups in China have been testing the units for the past several months at locations in different regions in China. The AWGs have passed the testing phase and due diligence phase and are being introduced to distribution channels in China. The units fall under the patents issued in China back in 2013. 

The Company has also has been approved for commercial financing and has signed an agreement with Karma Leasing, Ltd. of Beijing &Tianjin, to provide financing for the Company's products throughout the country. The financing now available will give purchasers the option of traditional financing and leasing. Karma Leasing, Ltd. provides financing option in several industries throughout the country.

The Water resources of China are affected by both severe water quantity shortages and severe water quality pollution. A growing population and rapid economic development as well as lax environmental oversight have increased water demand and pollution. With a population of 1.6 billion people, China has the world's largest population of any country. The need for clean water is one top priorities of the country. The regions are all in need of clean water not only for drinking but for agricultural and sanitation uses.
