Water Technologies International Issues Shareholder Update

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL--(Marketwire - Dec 5, 2011) - Water Technologies International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTII) is providing shareholders with an update on the Company. As previously announced, the Company has completed its merger and is now publicly traded on the OTC Markets.

Water Technologies entered into an agreement with a U.S. manufacturer to produce and develop its Marine Line of units for yachts and the boating industry. The Company will focus on selling these units to new boat builders as well as refitting current boats with these units.

The Company is also developing several OEM agreements to produce the GR8 Water home and office units and its commercial product line that will consist of a number of AWG system configurations and a mobile unit. With respect to its commercial units, the Company has OEM agreements to produce Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) in the United States and is working with international distributors to sell Commercial AWGs to government municipalities, private companies and the militaries around the world.

The Company is in the process of developing strategic alliances with AWG companies that have strong operating track records. In addition to strategic alliances, the Company is also exploring M&A opportunities, specifically with companies in the industry that have sales, marketing personnel and current in-place distributors in multiple countries.

The Company has patents pending and has filed for additional patents with the USPTO. It has also filed globally through the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Its "Water village" trademark has been issued by the USPTO.
