WaterBank of America USA Inc. Announces New Additions to the Company's Advisory Board, Effective Immediately

MIAMI, FL--(CCNMatthews - November 28, 2006) - WaterBank of America (USA) Inc. (OTCBB: WBKA), a vertically integrated water company developing and marketing secured water products, announces recent additions to the Advisory Board to complement the current management team and Board of Directors. Company Co-Founders, Jean-Jean, Robert and Michel Pelletier, have attracted a management team and a Board with vast experience in the water, beverage and capital markets to execute its strategy of building a global water bank of water sources and consumer water products, including its ICEROCKS® branded secure ice.

The Company is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Mr. Bruce Westwood.

Mr. Westwood remarked, "Being involved with WBOA is a very exciting venture to be associated with. Also, WaterBank of America (USA) Inc., is proud to announce the appointment to the Advisory Board, of a key figure in Canadian business and an icon in the world of sports, Marcel Aubut.

Mr. Aubut is a senior partner with the Canadian law firm Heenan Blaikie. He has served on numerous boards of both public and private companies, and is a director for some of the country's leading business concerns. Mr. Aubut masterminded several outstanding events that contributed to the worldwide reputation of Quebec City. For instance, in the spring of 2006, he organized Celebrons l'excellence, a string of festivities that will remain a milestone in the history of the city and of the Canadian Olympic movement. He was the principal architect behind the formation of the Quebec Nordiques and their entry into the National Hockey League, and sits on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Canadian Olympic Committee. A renowned philanthropist, Mr. Aubut has been associated with the Canadian Cancer Society, the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Foundation Jean Lapointe and the Red Cross.

Mr. Aubut commented: "Having been involved in hockey for some three decades now, I know a thing or two about ice!! But seriously, I am pleased to join forces with WBOA. The Advisory Board will work closely with recently appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, Jose Francisco Klujsza, who has more than 20 years experience in various executive capacities in sales, franchise operations and finance at multinational corporations, having served, as Vice President-Sales at PepsiCo Beverages for Mexico and the Latin American Region, and prior thereto, with The Gillette Company.
