Waterstone Defeases Another CMBS Loan

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwired - September 30, 2016) - Waterstone Defeasance closed a defeasance transaction for a $1.08 million CMBS loan, secured by a retail property in Dayton, Ohio. Waterstone guided the owners through the defeasance process coinciding with the owners' sale of their property.
