Waukesha Tool & Stamping, LLC Launches Plex Online System

AUBURN HILLS, MI--(Marketwire - March 5, 2009) - Plex Systems, Inc., providers of Plex Online software for the manufacturing enterprise, today announced that Waukesha Tool & Stamping, LLC has gone live with all operations on Plex Online. The metalforming manufacturer is utilizing all core POL modules including quoting, EDI (electronic data interchange), project resource planning (PRP), purchasing, human resources, financials, and costing.

Waukesha Tool & Stamping required a comprehensive enterprise-class system to manage all aspects of its operations, integrate its business data from multiple locations, and facilitate more sophisticated and complex financial reporting. Plex Systems is now providing the software functionality to support the manufacturer's operations in Sussex, Wisconsin and McAllen, Texas, all via the software as a service (SaaS) delivery model. Plex Online's SaaS model means that Waukesha is able to utilize this advanced functionality without expensive hardware and software purchases and installation projects.
