Wayne Animal Hospital Relocated to New Location in Wayne Pet Village

WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - Feb 21, 2012) - Radnor Veterinary Hospital announced that the practice is now located in the Pet Village of Wayne. The practice, which relocated in November 2011, chose the new location because it is a one-stop pet community with convenient services for pet owners. The Pet Village includes other animal service facilities including the Radnor Dog Club, Pets in Motion Dog Training, Dogma Dog Spa and Bark Avenue Boutique. The Radnor Veterinary Hospital continues to provide comprehensive companion animal care, including wellness care for dogs, cats and exotic pets.

Wayne veterinarian Dr. Len Donato announced that the Radnor Veterinary Hospital has settled into their new facility at the Wayne Pet Village. The animal hospital is now located at 107 N. Aberdeen Avenue.

"On behalf of our entire veterinary care team, I am excited to announce our recent relocation to the Pet Village," said Dr. Donato. "The relocation is part of our commitment to provide pet owners with convenient access to veterinary care."

The small animal vet clinic continues to provide routine wellness care for dogs, cats and exotic pets. These services include vaccinations, spay/neuter operations, annual exams, dental care, orthopedic surgery and emergency care.

The new facilities allow the animal hospital to offer extended boarding services, which are available to all pets, including those who are not currently patients of the animal hospital. Prior to boarding, pet owners must show proof that their pets are up to date on all required vaccinations.

According to Dr. Kimberly Bowers, a veterinarian with the practice, the animal vet clinic selected the new location based on its convenient access to pet care services. "Our pet community truly provides one-stop service for pet owners," said Dr. Bowers. "From grooming and dog training to veterinary care and pet accessories, the Pet Village is designed to make pet care convenient and easy -- it's the ultimate convenience for pet owners!"

The Pet Village also includes pet services providers Radnor Dog Club, Pets in Motion Dog Training, Dogma Dog Spa and Bark Avenue Boutique.

The veterinary hospital will continue to have a veterinarian and support team on duty six days per week. In addition to routine care, the team is also trained to handle emergency and urgent care needs.

"We are committed to providing pet owners with high-quality veterinary services," said Dr. Meghan McGrath. "Whether your pet needs a routine vaccination or experiences a health emergency, our team is here to help. Our hope is that our new location makes it even easier for pet owners to ensure their pets receive they care they need."

The new location features the latest vet care technology, including digital radiography, a soft tissue and orthopedic surgery operation suite, and endoscopic surgical care.

Pet owners can also take advantage of the practice's Delaware County Dog Licensing Service, which is available Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

"Whether your pet needs a day at the dog spa, assistance with training, or a dental cleaning, you'll find all these services at the Pet Village," said Dr. Jeffrey Szanto. "We are excited to offer this convenience to St. Davids pet owners."
