Wayne Elsey Leaves Executive Position to Become CEO of Soles4Souls, Inc.

NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 16, 2007 -- Longtime footwear executive Wayne Elsey is resigning as President of Kodiak-Terra USA, Inc. to work full-time with the non-profit organization he founded: Soles4Souls™ Inc. The organization facilitates the donation of shoes from companies, retailers, and individuals to those in need around the world. Elsey will assume the role of CEO at Soles4Souls once his transition period with Kodiak-Terra USA, Inc. is completed.

Since its inception in 2005, Soles4Souls has expanded rapidly. With the growing need to provide footwear to the shoeless, Soles4Souls is working hard to match the growing responsibilities. The footwear industry, celebrities and the general public have graciously given time and money to the organization's cause. Elsey has decided it is time to give his experience and valuable time to Soles4Souls and relinquish his duties at Kodiak-Terra USA, Inc.

"While this is a difficult decision to make, I have a strong passion for helping people," stated Elsey. "There are 300 million children worldwide without shoes and 1.5 billion unused shoes sitting in American closets. We are impacting lives around the globe daily with the simple gift of shoes," he said.

"Wayne has been a key respected employee of our organization and we thank him for the contribution he has made leading the start up of our USA division," said Kevin Huckle, President and CEO of Kodiak Group Holdings, Inc. in a prepared statement. "Soles4Souls has been a resounding success in helping the less fortunate and disaster victims around the world, and we want to wish Wayne continued success with his future endeavors," Huckle added.

According to Paul Wilson, President of Outreach at Soles4Souls, the organization has the chance to reach new heights with Elsey taking the reigns of the charity. "Wayne's skill set is perfect to oversee the business side of our day-to-day operations and allow me to focus entirely on distribution," he said. "It is exciting to know that Soles4Souls not only has a solid business leader at the helm, but one with a huge heart who will always keep our mission at the forefront of all we do to help others."

Soles4Souls has been instrumental in providing shoes to victims of the Asian Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina. The organization has donated millions of pairs of shoes to people in more than 20 countries, many of them going to children. Around the world, those with bare feet have been impacted by this simple yet profound idea.

"We have a world class team in place at Soles4Souls and I look forward to further translate the global vision for Soles4Souls as we continue to execute our strategy of changing the world one pair at a time," Elsey said.
