Wayne Public Library Hosts Free Networking and Business Planning Event for Small Business Owners on St. Patrick's Day


THOROFARE, NJ--(Marketwire - March 6, 2008) - The Wayne Public Library is hosting the inaugural event in its Small Business Program Series on March 17th, with a free St. Patrick's Day networking event and educational program designed for small business owners.

The event will take place at the Main Library, located at 461 Valley Road in Wayne, from 5:45 to 8:00 p.m. It is free to all small business owners and their key employees, and complimentary refreshments will be served. The program for the evening will consist of a reception for networking with other local businesspeople and an opportunity to learn about business planning from local experts. SCORE, a non-profit organization that provides free counsel to small businesses, will also staff an information table for the evening.

The Wayne Public Library event will be sponsored by Valley National Bank and will be attended by representatives from the city and state governments. The event is brought to the community by "Youniquely 4 U" (Y4U), a new service from Thorofare, N.J.-based Checkpoint Patron Services that helps libraries offer highly relevant programs and information to patrons based on their unique interests and needs.
