WCC Acquired by SatCom Group to Increase Satellite Communication Offerings in the U.S.

CHANDLER, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 11, 2006 -- Chandler, Arizona-based World Communication Center (WCC), a leading provider of global satellite voice and data communications, announced today that it was acquired by U.K.-based SatCom Group on July 7, 2006. The company will function as a subsidiary of SatCom and serve as a distribution and technology support center for North America. It will continue to operate under the WCC name.

WCC, a profitable entity with revenues of over $10 million, specializes in global satellite voice and data communications for the maritime, aviation, military and ground transportation markets. WCC's customers include federal, state and municipal government agencies; corporate entities; and business and leisure travelers.
