WCG Strengthens International Capabliities With New Hires and Expansion of London Office

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and LONDON--(Marketwire - Nov 30, 2011) - WCG, a global independent marketing company offering integrated creative, interactive and communications services, today announced it has strengthened its London team with the hire of Nick Francis as Director and Rena Radia as Account Manager.

The WCG London office, which now serves the international communications needs of a number of leading multi-national pharmaceutical, biotechnology, device and vaccine companies, is also planning to move into a larger space in central London early next year. This move will accommodate the expansion of its integrated offering and team, which already includes creative services, public relations, market access, analytics and medical communications.

New Hires & Promotions
Nick Francis has over 12 years experience in healthcare communications from both agency and in-house roles. He was Head of Communications at Takeda Pharmaceuticals Europe and Eli Lilly & Company, and has worked with a number of leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic and healthcare services companies on a range of corporate, crisis, financial and brand communications.

Rena Radia has over three years experience in pharmaceutical and medical education, working on both UK and European accounts, including most recently Pfizer.

In addition to the new hires, Emili Barwick has successfully completed WCG's first internship programme in the London office, and has joined its staff as an Account Associate. Robin Nasby has also been promoted to Account Manager. Robin joined WCG from Pfizer in 2010, and works across a range of pan-European healthcare accounts.
