WCI Communities Sells 50 New Homes in Parkland's Heron Bay

New Homesites Released as Company Meets Sales Projections


BONITA SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwire - Nov 15, 2011) - WCI Communities announced today that 50 new homes are now under contract in Parkland's Heron Bay, meeting the company's aggressive residential sales projections. Half of the homes in Heron Bay's Phase I and Phase II are now sold and new homesites have been released. WCI began sales of its 196 new homes in May.
