(WCRM) Green EnviroTech Corp. Announces Reverse Merger With Wolfe Creek Mining, Inc.

FOND DU LAC, WI--(Marketwire - March 23, 2010) -  Green EnviroTech Corp., a plastics recovery, separation, cleaning, and recycling company, has completed a reverse merger with Wolfe Creek Mining, Inc. (OTCBB: WCRM). Under the terms of the reverse merger, Green EnviroTech has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wolfe Creek Mining. Management anticipates changing the name of Wolfe Creek Mining to Green EnviroTech Corp., or similar derivation, as soon as practicable.

Green EnviroTech ("GET") plans to produce and supply recycled commercial grade plastics and resins to industries with a high plastics demand, such as the automotive and consumer products industries. GET has plans to construct large-scale plastics recycling facilities near automotive shredder locations nationwide. GET's patent-pending process, developed in partnership with Thar Process, Inc., would produce recycled commercial grade plastics and resins using shredder residue and waste produced at the automotive shredder facilities. The GET facilities would reduce the need for new raw materials used in plastics manufacturing and reduce the amount of automotive shredder residue and waste being sent to landfills. The first recycling plant is scheduled to be built in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin with a 100,000 ton per year capability and is expected to be a "green" facility that does not produce hazardous waste or emissions. In connection with established key industry partners, GET also plans to convert waste and scrap plastic into high-value energy products, including synthetic oil.
