WCSB 2010-II Fund Announces Another Month of Record Revenue & Cash Distributions

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 2, 2011) -

ANNOUNCING A 19.72% RETURN ON AT-RISK CAPITAL OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS

WCSB Oil & Gas Royalty Income 2010-II Management Corp., the General Partner of WCSB Oil & Gas Royalty Income 2010-II Limited Partnership ("WCSB 2010-II Fund" or "WCSB") is pleased to announce that it has achieved another month of record revenues. For the production month of April, the Fund has declared and will pay a record cash distribution on July 29th of $3.30 per Unit.

Distributions commenced in February 2011 (6 months ago) and total cash distributions to July 2011 are now $10.85 per Unit representing a return of 19.72% on "at-risk" capital (1) over the past 6 months.

WCSB 2010-II Fund completed its' financing in July of 2010 and invested into 17 wells of which 15 wells are currently on production.

DRILLING SUCCESS RATE HAS BEEN 100%.

WCSB 2010-II Fund has exceeded expectations with respect to current cash distributions to investors, production levels and drilling success rate.

Distributions commenced 4 months ahead of schedule and have grown from $0.50 in February 2011 to $3.30 per Unit for the month of July 2011 as more wells have been completed and tied-in. These returns are stellar considering the fund does not yet have all wells on production.
