WebTech Wireless Announces Quadrant Enterprise for Large and Progressive Fleets

Enterprise Solution Offers Customers Significant Cost Savings and Efficient Service Model

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 21, 2007) - WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX VENTURE:WEW), a provider of location-based and fleet telematics services, is pleased to announce WebTech Quadrant Enterprise, a wireless fleet management solution that can be hosted by the large enterprise customer. For the first time, enterprise customers will be able to leverage their existing IT infrastructure to bring the WebTech Wireless telematics solution in-house to realize significant cost savings and control infrastructure growth.

Quadrant Enterprise is a wireless vehicle services system that provides fleet managers with GPS-based location information in real time for efficient fleet management across the enterprise. Customers may host the Quadrant Enterprise system on their own servers to reduce monthly charges, eliminate monthly portal service fees and incur a lower cost of ownership for large fleet customers. Designed for the enterprise, the solution is fully scalable to efficiently manage growing fleets.

"We have recognized a void in the market for a significant service alternative for some of the large and progressive fleets in the industry. Quadrant Enterprise is consistent with our product strategy to stay ahead of the industry and continue to drive value added solutions to meet customer demands," said Neil Chan, Senior Vice President of Business Development, WebTech Wireless. "We have listened to our customers to provide an enterprise solution which offers our fleet management solution on a proven technology platform that is both scalable and cost effective for large commercial fleets."

The long haul transportation industry has depended on a satellite-only solution, which traditionally has been under the Application Service Provider (ASP) model. The ASP model is well suited for the needs of small to medium-sized customers, and the new Enterprise solution gives fleet managers the control and cost savings to manage their fleet in the optimal enterprise setting. Customers now have a cost effective, scalable model that can transform how large fleets are managed and operated.

"We required a reliable fleet management system that would meet our control and security requirements. Quadrant Enterprise met that challenge head on -- allowing us to run the Quadrant service inside our mission-critical IT infrastructure," Jeff Bycraft, Systems Manager, Traffic Signal Control System, City of Richmond, BC.

WebTech Wireless will be demonstrating the new Quadrant Enterprise at the Mid America Trucking Show at Louisville, Kentucky from March 22-24, 2007 (Booth #8754).
