Webtrends Analytics 10 Named Winner in Internet Services and E-Commerce Category for TechAmerica Foundation American Technology Awards

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwire - Jun 16, 2011) - Webtrends, the global leader in unified mobile, social and Web analytics, has been named the winner in the Internet Services and E-Commerce category for the American Technology Awards, which bestows the only "Best Of" awards that recognize all technology products and services for the technology industry. The award was attributed to Analytics 10, the newest version of Webtrends' core Analytics product. Nominations for The American Technology Awards "The Termans" were vetted by industry experts and technology companies. These awards have been named after Frederick Terman, who is widely credited as being the father of Silicon Valley.

Webtrends offers a broad and unified product portfolio for mobile, social and Web that encompasses apps, ads, analytics and optimization. Analytics 10, at the core of this product portfolio, is a digital analytics platform designed to help marketers more effectively acquire, engage and retain customers.
Entirely customizable, the Analytics 10 dashboard gives a visualized view of data from third party sources available through feeds, APIs, and public sources. Marketers can then generate out-of-the-box, channel-specific performance measures, reports and dashboards with minimal configuration.

"Winning this prestigious technology award is a testament to the hard work that went into building Analytics 10," said Alex Yoder, Webtrends CEO. "We set out to build a groundbreaking product that would empower digital marketers to break down the silos they traditionally operate within, and this honor proves that we have accomplished that goal."

"We had a lot of nominations for these prestigious awards, and we congratulate Webtrends for their winning achievement," said Senator Bob Bennett, Chairman for TechAmerica Foundation. "TechAmerica Foundation is excited to highlight Webtrends as it continues to influence technology development throughout the rest of the world."

The American Technology Awards were presented for each of following segments of the technology industry: Aerospace and Defense; Clean Tech/Green Tech/Smart Grid; Cloud Computing/Software as a Service; Computers and Peripherals; Consumer Electronics; Cyber Security and Authentication; Electronic Components; Internet Services; Measurement and Control Instruments; Medical Devices; Server & Storage Technology; Software; Technology Consulting; Technology Services; and Telecommunications. Additional award categories include: Breakthrough Technology; Corporate Leadership; and Government Technology Executive of the Year.

The winners were announced on June 15 at TechAmerica Foundation's ninth annual Technology and Government Dinner which has been a premier Washington, D.C. networking event bringing hundreds of industry, congressional and government leaders together at one venue to celebrate the partnership between industry and government.
