Webtrends Names New CTO, VP of Field Operations

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - May 19, 2016) - Peter Crossley has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer at Webtrends. Formerly the Director of Product Architecture and Technology, Crossley has been with Webtrends since 2009 and has been a driving force in the innovation and adoption of new technologies.

Crossley and his team have been focused on building the Webtrends Infinity™ big data platform and its first associated application, Infinity Analytics, which will be available to the market this year.

In preparation for the release of Infinity Analytics, Webtrends has hired Rich Allocco as VP of North American Field Operations to lead the sales and service teams. With the hiring, Abed Farhan moves to Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances, where he will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic alliances. Allocco has extensive experience and a track record of success in field leadership roles, previously serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Blazent and in executive roles at Remedy, Siemens and IBM.
