Webtrends Opens Registration for Engage 2010, New Orleans

Webtrends Customer Conference to Feature Topics Suggested and Presented by Customers and Other Non-Traditional Experts, Along With Non-Stop Interaction, Hands-On Workshops and Online Networking

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwire - September 22, 2009) - Webtrends, an enterprise customer intelligence company, today launched the web site for Engage 2010, its next North American customer conference. Customers, partners, analysts and media are encouraged to register for the event, which takes place Feb. 1-4 at The Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, La.

Engage 2010 promises to be anything but an ordinary customer conference. Inspired by the audience-driven styles of TED and Ignite, Engage 2010 will emphasize:

-- A broader range of expert insights. Ten-minute "sprints" replace the usual long-winded keynote sessions, introducing Webtrends customers to a larger, more varied selection of new approaches and authoritative viewpoints.

-- Participation. Unlike customer conferences where traditional "experts" do all the talking and teaching, Engage offers highly collaborative workshops, flex sessions and other presentations where marketers and others are encouraged to challenge and be challenged by their peers. Also, anyone can propose a session topic or volunteer to lead a session.

-- Practical learning. After the main sessions, attendees can extend their learning at specialized training courses developed by Webtrends and delivered by our experienced trainers.
