Webtrends Recognized as One of Oregon's Most Admired Technology Companies by Portland Business Journal

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwire - Dec 12, 2011) - Webtrends was recognized as one of Oregon's "Most Admired Companies" last night at the event sponsored by the Portland Business Journal. The honored companies, including ten companies within the technology industry, were announced to a packed ballroom at the Hilton Hotel.

Webtrends has had a record-breaking calendar year in 2011. The company strengthened its core technology and services offering across mobile, social and web with key hires, partnerships, acquisitions and industry-leading product launches. Webtrends CEO Alex Yoder had been bold in his vision and action to bring the best products and services to market for the company's more than 3,500 clients.

With the launch of Analytics 10 this year, brand marketers gained access to an innovative multi-channel analytics solution that provides a unified view of all digital properties. Analytics 10 redefined the way brands use measurement and set the stage for the company to take a larger stake in the social and mobile realms. In addition, the acquisition of Reinvigorate brought critical real-time analytics capabilities to the Webtrends product portfolio.

With Webtrends Social, Webtrends launched an end-to-end social marketing solution of ads, apps and analytics into the market. In October, the company pioneered post engagement with the launch of Hoverstats, a browser plug-in featuring a patent-pending scoring system for measuring the performance of Facebook posts. Since launch, Hoverstats has been adopted to score over a million Facebook posts across nearly ten thousand fan pages.

Webtrends in 2011 has also become the "partner of choice" for mobile analytics. Through a strategic partnership with mobile development solutions provider Tribilis, Webtrends proved it could be the one-stop shop for digital measurement. Brands including Coca-Cola, Fandango, Microsoft,, Orbitz, RIM and countless others have chosen Webtrends as their mobile analytics partner.

"This year, we've been laser-focused on offering the best analytics and engagement solutions across all digital platforms -- mobile, social and web," said Yoder. "We're honored by the recognition by Portland Business Journal, and I would like to credit the entire Webtrends team, not only here in Portland but around the globe, for their talent, dedication and innovation that continues to drive our success."

Webtrends recently concluded its sold out Engage 2011 conference in London, attended by 650 digital marketers and thought leaders, which explored emerging trends in digital marketing, analytics and data visualization.
