Future of Digital Marketing Is Explored, New European Data Center Announced

LONDON--(Marketwire - Dec 7, 2011) - Webtrends, the global leader in unified mobile, social and web analytics and engagement, concluded its sold-out two-day Engage 2011 conference, attended by more than 650 digital marketing executives, which explored emerging trends in digital marketing, analytics and data visualization.

The conference featured presentations by top digital marketing and technology thought leaders including Forrester Research analyst Luca Paderni, Facebook's John Yi, WIRED's David Rowan, Jeanniey Mullen of Zinio and more.

At the conference, Webtrends announced an addition to its already industry leading global data operations with the opening of a new data center in Amsterdam. The new data center will enhance the performance of Webtrends' data collection across its product suite globally, further strengthen the company's best in class security and support its burgeoning EMEA operations, which enjoyed 30% growth in the past year.

Webtrends plans to continue to build out the Amsterdam data center over the next year. This center adds to the company's existing global data operations in Oregon, Nevada, Virginia, Ireland, Singapore and Australia, further strengthening Webtrends' well established reputation as the most secure, scalable and efficient global provider.

Additionally, Webtrends' Justin Garrity debuted the company's Design Lab custom data visualization capabilities to the European audience. Garrity is the Creative Director of the recently created Webtrends Design Lab which specializes in the creation of unique, visually arresting analytics dashboards and cutting-edge data visualization for customers.

Webtrends also debuted exclusive findings from the TNS research report "The Impact of Digital on Marketing and Business Growth Strategies: A View From the CMO." The research matched the trends and topics that dominated discussion at Engage.
