Weidenhammer Names Heins Executive Vice President


READING, PA--(Marketwire - February 18, 2011) - Weidenhammer Systems Corporation (Weidenhammer), a provider of leading-edge information technology solutions for the commercial and education marketplace, has promoted Frank W. Heins to the newly created position of Executive Vice President.

Heins is responsible for company-wide sales, and managing the marketing staff and programs. He is also responsible for direct management of the Education Solutions Division, which develops, sells, installs, and supports a line of school administrative applications for the K-12 market nationwide. "Frank has played an integral role in the growth and development of Weidenhammer's commercial and education business, as well as the strategic direction of the company for more than 23 years. Weidenhammer ended 2010 with our best revenue year ever. This high water mark could not have been achieved without the effort of Frank Heins," states John P. Weidenhammer, President.

He started his career at Weidenhammer in 1987 as an Account Executive, and was named Sales Manager in 1994. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1995.

Heins earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College, Reading, PA, and received a Master's of Science degree in Education from Temple University, Philadelphia. In addition, he earned his IBM Sales School Certification.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he currently resides in Bern Township, PA.
