WEPOWER Ecolutions Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement With Feng Fa Science and Technology Co. for 750kW Wind Turbines

ALISO VIEJO, CA--(Marketwire - Apr 26, 2012) - WEPOWER Ecolutions Inc. (the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Holdings Corporation (OTCBB: PRHL), is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding Agreement with Feng Fa Science and Technology Co., Shenzen, China ("SZFF"), for exclusive marketing, sales and distribution throughout the United States and Taiwan, including its 750kW vertical axis wind turbines ("VAWTs").

SZFF's 750kW vertical axis wind turbine is one of the largest VAWTs in the world in renewable energy production. The SZFF 750kW is ideal for low-wind environments, inland real estate and is also environmentally friendly as bird-safe, low decibel noise, no flickering effects and is designed for up to 95mph winds. WEPOWER Ecolutions will be positioning the SZFF VAWTs in the marketplace as an alternative to utility scale horizontal wind turbines which are more costly and more expensive to operate and maintain.
