Changes in Dutch management organisation

On September 13, 2010, Hans Vermeeren (39) will join Wereldhave as
director of Wereldhave Netherlands, responsible for the Dutch portfolio
of Wereldhave. Hans Vermeeren is well experienced: he has worked from
2000 until 2010 for Unibail-Rodamco, the last three years as the
Director of Unibail-Rodamco Netherlands.

In 2010 Wereldhave substantially expanded its Dutch investment
portfolio with the acquisition of five shopping centres for EUR 260 mln.
The value of the total shopping centre portfolio in the Netherlands now
amounts to EUR 475 mln. Rental growth by active shopping centre
management and the renovation and expansion of shopping centres are the
new key tasks of the Dutch managementorganisation. In addition to the
appointment of Hans Vermeeren as managing director a Head of Leasing
and a Head of Development will be recruited for the Dutch property
management organisation. The current managing Director of Wereldhave
Netherlands, Edwin van de Woestijne, will remain responsible for the
property management of the Dutch shopping centre portfolio as Head of
Shopping Centre Management. In this position, he will report directly
to Hans Vermeeren.
