Wescorp Appoints VP Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - June 20, 2005) - Wescorp Energy Inc. ("Wescorp")(OTCBB:WSCE) today announced it has appointed Nino Plava to the position of Vice-President Investor Relations and Corporate Communications effective immediately.

Mr. Plava specializes in fundamental best-practices investor relations with 20 years of experience in the areas of venture capital, business development, financial advisory and corporate finance for both private and public companies. He has held senior positions with media technology, IT security, aerospace technology, retail, consulting and natural resource firms, and is author of "The Guide to Effective Investor Relations" published in 1997.
