West Mountain Capital Corp. Changes Its Name to West Mountain Environmental Corp.

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 3, 2014) - West Mountain Capital Corp. (the "Company" or "West Mountain") (TSX VENTURE:WMT) announces it has changed its name to "West Mountain Environmental Corp." The name change was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 11, 2014. Further details with regard to the name change are contained in the management proxy and information circular dated May 8, 2014, a copy of which is available electronically at www.sedar.com. The trading symbol of "WMT" has not changed.

The common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") were listed under the new name "West Mountain Environmental Corp." at market open on July 2, 2014. However, due to a delay in the required filings, the Company requested its Common Shares be halted by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") until such filings were completed and the Common Shares were tradable on the Exchange.

The required filings have since been completed and the halt will be lifted following dissemination of this press release.
