West Street Announces Change in Listing to the TSX Venture Exchange

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 6, 2005) - West Street Capital Corporation (TSX:WSC)(TSX:WSC.PR.A) today announced that it is transferring its publicly-traded securities from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to the TSX Venture Exchange. These securities will be delisted from the TSX at the close of business on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 and will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the start of business on Wednesday, September 7, 2005.

The company's listed securities will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under their current trading symbols, as set out below:

Although West Street Capital meets the listing requirements of the TSX, it is making this listing change to reduce administrative costs.
