Together the companies will collaborate to help enterprise organizations streamline support processes, reduce costs and measure the value of IT. Westbury Software has also developed an Analytics Solution for Cherwell, a pre-defined integration that allows customers to transform data from Cherwell Service Management® (CSM) into meaningful information, from operational reports to executive dashboards.
