Westcon Group's Noxs Division and Networks First Partner to Help Resellers Pursue Expanded Opportunities in Security

Partnership Brings New Support Services and Enhanced Quality to Resellers

TARRYTOWN, NY--(Marketwire - January 29, 2008) - Westcon Group, Inc., the leading specialty distributor in networking, convergence, security and mobility, announced that its Noxs security division has signed an agreement with Networks First, an independent provider of support services for network infrastructures. Separately, Noxs announced that it is strengthening its technical services offering and will be providing vendor independent network support services to its growing customer base in conjunction with Networks First.

Noxs and Networks First have formed the agreement to help resellers take advantage of the rapidly expanding services market -- which has been particularly strong in security. By partnering together, the companies plan to deliver higher levels of quality and cost-efficiency to an increasingly demanding market, while introducing new groundbreaking services.
